I’ve lost half a stone by cutting out chocolate. I know it’s not a huge achievement but it’s a start and I’m feeling very proud of myself! I really need to go to the gym but seeing as I’ve still got so much college work to do I can just never bring myself to go when there’s a million and one other things I need to do. I need a gym buddy!
at 1am instead of cuddling in bed with tv and chocolate. Motivation thank you for finally arriving! I want to die now though. Thought I was going to be sick everywhere when I was on the treadmill haha.
